Other services provided include architectural drawing and shop drawing reviews as well as providing detailed material specifications and product submittals for new construction.

15-month, 2- year, 5-year and 10-year warranty review services are provided for all kinds of residential buildings, including condos, apartments and townhouses.

Visual Building Condition Assessments

Visual Building Condition Assessments are non-destructive, professional evaluations of a property's physical state, focusing on identifying defects, assessing remaining lifespans of components, and forecasting capital expenditures for maintenance.

Quality Assurance Field reviews and reports with photos are provided for each site visit. In-field window water-tightness testing is provided as required. Pre-purchase, refinancing, and Depreciation reports or contingency reserve fund studies are also available.
